DiscloseIT Ltd

DiscloseIT Ltd was set up to supply a software solution to businesses that perform CRB disclosure checks on staff for either themselves or other companies. The software manages a database of applications providing efficiency savings in terms of processing application forms and reduces the amount of errors that appear in the current standard paper based methods whilst also allowing MIS reports to be produced for the business. 

DiscloseIT Ltd has developed an in-depth understanding of the disclosure process; this knowledge was used in the development of a prototype of the DiscloseIT system which we used to show to a select list of prospective clients. These clients provided valuable feedback that helped to define the functionality of the system and highlighted any issues which needed to be addressed This process resulted in the release of the Corporate solution (version 1).

Development continued with improvements and enhancements being added and version 2.1 of DiscloseIT was released in January 2007. Version 2.1 had the ability to integrate with the new DiscloseIT Web interface which provides a secure mechanism which applicants may use to enter information for download into DiscloseIT. Applications may be checked in DiscloseIT before being printed and sent to the applicant for signature.

The Professional Edition was released February 2007; designed for installation on a standard PC it is aimed at the smaller Registered and Umbrella Body wishing to track disclosures processed for external clients or internal departments, where a single installation is sufficient for their business needs.

June 2007 saw the launch of version 2.2 of both DiscloseIT Corporate and DiscloseIT Professional.

DiscloseIT RB was released September 2008. RB is a single-user edition designed specifically for smaller Registered Bodies providing a cost effective solution to the management of Criminal Record Bureau (CRB) disclosure applications.
