DiscloseIT Corporate is our flagship product - a multi-user, enterprise-level edition designed for large Registered and Umbrella Bodies.

Corporate employs a client/server architecture, with a shared, enterprise-level database†  supporting multiple PC-based clients. Per-seat licencing gives flexible pricing, and full support is included.

With DiscloseIT Corporate you can:

• Share disclosure information amongst multiple users.
• Manage users to provide individual login credentials.
• Benefit from the performance of an enterprise-level database management system.
• Record information from disclosure forms, removing the need to copy them before sending to the CRB.
• Automatically check forms for completeness and correctness.

• Flag any disclosures on alert, giving the reason for the alert.

• View a list of outstanding tasks, including disclosures up for renewal.
• Record details of clients for whom you process disclosures — DiscloseIT will automatically produce invoicing data for each client and display client contact details alongside each disclosure.

DiscloseIT Web Interface

DiscloseIT Corporate is compatible with the optional web interface which provides a secure mechanism which applicants may use to enter information for download into DiscloseIT. Applications may be checked in DiscloseIT before being printed and sent to the applicant for signature.
