DiscloseIT Professional

DiscloseIT Professional is a single-user edition designed for smaller Registered and Umbrella Bodies wishing to track disclosures processed for external clients or internal departments. Professional adds the ability to define companies (or departments) for whom you carry out disclosure processing, and to specify contact and contract details for those companies. Disclosures may be viewed and searched by company, and DiscloseIT will generate invoicing information for billing clients for work carried out on their behalf.

With DiscloseIT Professional you can:

• Record information from disclosure forms, removing the need to copy them before sending to the CRB.
• Automatically check forms for completeness and correctness.
• Record documents used to verify identity.
• Flag any disclosures on alert, giving the reason for the alert.
• Search for disclosures based on a variety of criteria.
• View a list of outstanding tasks, including disclosures up for renewal.
• Record details of clients for whom you process disclosures – DiscloseIT will automatically produce invoicing data for each client and display client contact details alongside each disclosure.
• Reconcile invoices from the CRB.
• Keep a full audit trail of significant dates and show disclosures failing to meet processing targets.
• Record details of queries and disputes.
• Produce form letters for applicants and clients.
• Maintain an on-watch list of names to look out for.
• Produce standard and bespoke reports.
• Export list and report data for use in other applications and by other departments.

DiscloseIT Web Interface

DiscloseIT Professional is compatible with the optional web interface which provides a secure mechanism which applicants may use to enter information for download into DiscloseIT. Applications may be checked in DiscloseIT before being printed and sent to the applicant for signature.
