Validation:

  • Records details in full taken from the Disclosure Application Form.
  • Includes the ability to record all previous surnames.
  • Dates "from and to", the system will not allow any gaps between these dates and alerts validation clerk to this.
  • Requires a full 5 years address history, the system does not allow gaps between previous address and alerts the validation clerk should this occur.
  • Provides the ability to record all previous addresses.
  • Fully records documents used in confirming identity and address, the system checks and informs the validation clerk if the necessary minimum of Group 1 and Group 2 documents are logged as seen.
  • Records if details on application form have been crosschecked against documents provided, recording whether this information matches.  
  • Indicates that a second chase up query letter is required at any predetermined interval after first query letter sent.
  • Produces lists of outstanding queries.

Pre checks Applications before submitting to the CRB:

Prior to submitting application to CRB, the system checks to establish that:
  • all mandatory fields have been completed.
  • a check has been performed to confirm the visual identity of the applicant.
  • the minimum amount of documents have been seen.
  • there are no gaps between dates of previous surnames used.
  • there are no gaps between dates of previous addresses.
  • there is a full 5 years worth of address history.
  • there are no outstanding queries.
  • should payment have accompanied an application - payment has been received.

As this information has been taken from the Disclosure Application Form and from documents seen, it establishes the form has been completed correctly, reducing occurrences of disputes and  it being returned by the CRB

DiscloseIT also:

  • Records date Disclosure Application sent to CRB.
  • Produces lists of outstanding Disclosures if not received from the CRB after 4 weeks, allowing easy chase ups with the CRB.
  • Logs Disclosures disputed with the CRB.
